Unique to the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon and Festival of Running, we can draw on the support, guidance and relevant knowledge of three outstanding sources for our Training Zone: Baxters Food Group, Highland Spring and Adrian Stott of Run and Become.
Baxters have kindly supplied us with downloadable information on the foods they produce that are suitable for people in training, especially for running events such as ours.
Adrian Stott of Run and Become gives some easy to follow tips on preparing for running and training for events.
