I acknowledge that the organisers shall not be liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage arising from my participation in or as a consequence of my participation in the 2009 Baxters Loch Ness Marathon, 10K, 10K Corporate Challenge, 5K Fun Run and Highland Breakfast Run, howsoever caused, except with regard to death or personal injury which is caused by the organiser's negligence.

I understand that all entry fees, related tickets and purchases are non-refundable and no transfers between races or transfer of places to another runner can take place.
