2009 is Scotland's Year of Homecoming and to celebrate the occasion we are inviting anyone with a connection to Scotland to Run Home in 2009 and take part in two new events: The Run Home Highland Breakfast Run on Saturday 3 October and the Run Home Clan Challenge on 4 October. CHARITY AND CLUB RUNNERS ENCOURAGED TO ENTER NOW

Baxters Loch Ness Marathon is set for a record entry to the event on 4 October 2009, as numbers currently show a 22% increase on last year's figure. And with entries still open for charity, club and overseas places, the entry field is likely to continue to rise as the date of the UK's third largest marathon approaches.
